What personal data we collect

We do not collect any personally identifying information other than email addresses.

Why we are collecting it

We need your email address in order to send you the results of your survey, and in order to recover partially completed surveys for you if necessary. We also provide opportunities to opt in to our mailing list for notifications about publication of survey results, volunteer opportunities, and future research opportunities.

How long we will keep your information

Your survey submission will be kept indefinitely, including your email address, but we will not contact you unless you signed up for an email list or notifications.

How secure is my data

We use a highly reputed company called QuestionPro for our survey data collection and storage. When we export data for analysis in other tools, the emails are removed.

Mailing lists

We will not add you to our mailing list without your explicit permission, i.e. you will have to check a box to receive emails from us.
